ArcheAge 1.0 property payment system
ArcheAge 1.0 offers new payment system for scarecrews and houses. You use 'certificate' (token in other translations) which can be obtained with 3 ways: crafted, bought for crystals (real money), bought for lulu coins (premium benefits). There are two types of certificates:
This one can be bought by crystals (real money). It can be traded ingame. This means that someone can spend a lot of money and then resell certificates for ingame gold. Like time-cards in EVE online.
This one can be crafted or bought for lull stars. It cannot be traded ingame. You should have scarecrow or house to craft it. This means that you cannot create your first house for crafted certificates, you should buy them.
How to obtain certificate
1) Crafting. You can go to Your house or scarecrow, press "G" button and get crafting menu. You will spend 200 Labour points for 5 certificates. You cannot trade acquired certificates.
2) Buy for Lulu coins. Lulu coins are collecting on Your account when it online. You can also obtain it in exchange of premium-account benefits. You cannot trade acquired certificates. 10 lulu coins = 10 certificates.
3) Buy for crystals. You can trade bought crystals. 10 certificates = 100 crystals ( = $3 in russian prices).
Taxes prices differs according to territory size.
First column is territory size (8x8 - small SC, 16x16 - big SC, 24x24 - small house, 28x28 - farm, 44x44 - big house)
Second column is weekly tax (in certificates)

When You're deploying something You should pay first payment price AND weekly tax. For example, You should pay 10+5=15 certificates for small SC deployment and 5 certificates weekly.
