I have recently bought ArcheAge, and managed to finally finish downloading ArcheAge with my 200-400kb/s download speed, only to find out my game will not launch. Everytime I click 'play' on glyph for ArcheAge, Hackshield appears at the bottom right, and starts downloading XLHUpdate_0614. Very normal, but when the green logo for ArcheAge pops up, the grey letters go light as it load, again, normal.

But it does not light up the last line, and it stays grey. The logo disappears, and then it takes me back to the play button on Glyph, and ArcheAge has dropped from all processes.

Attached File  b5ce2a8ba4300c9dd699c5176675f71a.png   441.63KB   0 downloads

And if I try launch again, it does the same, HackShield will download XLHUpdate_0614 again, and everything will happen the same way. Please help, I really have an itching to play this game.

The only thing I can think of is if you have both the alpha and beta installed. When you have ArcheAge selected in the launcher, if you look in the upper right hand corner, does it say North American (or wherever you're located) Beta, or does it say Alpha? Make sure you have Alpha selected.

Of course, I could be wrong on this. It's the only thing I could think of.
